We are form Argentina. After 13 years living in the US, I finally discovered Lamagna Ricotta cheese by accident and I loved it! I usually shop in Publix (Tampa FL). One day I was busy and stopped in the first supermarket around and it was Winn Dixie. I bought your brand…I couldn’t believe the flavor! I tasted just like home! All other brands taste like gum, very artificial, not good. I go to Winn Dixie just to get Lamagna Ricotta Cheese. Are there other kinds of cheese you make? When will Publix carry it? My husband is addicted to cheese (I heard on NPR radio that there is a research that say people actually get addicted to cheese due to a substance it has inside). Apart from the classic Argentinian beef barbecue, I cook almost everything with cheese. Either parmesan or another cheese that is in between mozzarella and French brie (“cuartirolo” o “fresco” in Argentina). We use ricotta for spinach quiche, “Canelones” (similar to manicotti but with thin crepes instead of pasta dough) , and cheese cake (Just ricotta and a few eggs). We don’t have Italian roots, but we grew up among Italian immigrants in Buenos Aires. My grandmother says I could speak Italian when I was little because I used to play with the other kids in the neighborhood. I forgot the language now, but the culture stayed.. Congrats and thank you! Great brand
