I have to let you know how much I like your part-skim ricotta. I have bought Sorrento for years, but my grocery store just started carrying Lamagna so I thought I'd give it a try. Hands down, yours is the superior cheese. I can't get over how fresh and sweet it tastes! I use ricotta in traditional recipes but also eat it straight out of the container with my breakfast, so the stand-alone taste is very important to me. I'm sold on your product!
