1 pkg. of Jumbo Shells
2 c. of Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb. Lamagna Ricotta Cheese
1/4 lb. Shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbs. Chopped Parsley
Salt and pepper
- Cook shells as directed on package.
- Mix filling ingredients together and spoon approximately 1 T of filling into each shell.
- Place filled shells in 8 1/2″ x 11″ baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with additional parmesan.
- Bake in preheated, 350° oven for 20-25 minutes.
