Your favorite tomato (with meat) sauce
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
48 oz. Lamagna Ricotta
3 eggs slightly beaten
Chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded Lamagna Mozzarella Cheese
Blend together all filling ingredients. Spread a thin layer of sauce in 9 in x 13 in baking pan. Top with a layer of noodles. Spread cheese mixture over noodles with spatula. Repeat twice. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle top with additional Parmesan and shredded Mozzarella if desired. Bake in 350ºF oven for about 30-40 minutes. Allow to set for 10 min. before cutting and serving.
