Our family has been crafting cheese in Italy as long as we can remember. In 1928, Giovanni Lamagna came to America and brought his recipes for making Italian cheeses the traditional way. It’s our love of authenticity, combined with today’s modern methods that makes Lamagna cheese so consistently delicious.
Each successive generation of the Lamagna family has learned from those that came before them. It is this dedication that has kept Lamagna cheese at the forefront of Italian cheesemaking for nearly a century. That’s why we’re proud to put our family name on the label.
